Esther split their time between their homes in Mission Viejo (where Joe
keeps busy tinkering on his 1929 Model A Ford) and Rancho Mirage (where he
is building an HO model railroad, in what used to be Esther's formal
dining room).

Joni K. Terens,

Ms. Terens is the President of
Accurate Bookkeeping & Tax Service Inc. Her responsibilities
include tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and businesses.
She also specializes in taxpayer representation before the Internal
Revenue Service and state taxing agencies. Ms. Terens teaches IRS
Small Business Seminars, VITA classes and FEMA workshops. In
addition, she has taught IRS Exit seminars at local military bases and
specializes in tax issues for the military.
