We write the checks on your bank account. Unlike other payroll services, the checks are drawn on your account--you don't have to transfer funds to any trust account.
We also offer Direct Deposit of your employees' paycheck.
- Tax Deposits - We calculate both the Federal and State deposits and prepare the coupons. We can write these checks, too or make the deposits electronically for you.
- Quarter/Annual Reports - We prepare all required Federal & State reports. We even provide the envelopes.
- Workers' Compensation Reports - We calculate your Workers' Compensation insurance premium and prepare the reports.
- New Hire Reporting - We complete the "New Hire" form required by each state. We'll even submit it to the State on your behalf.
